Raise a glass – now is the time to toast the happy couple! Wedding toasts and speeches can sometimes cause anxiety – but not allow it. Enjoy your moment of glory, and take advantage of these situations with some prep work.

His best man, maid of honor and other special guests may inquire timing of appropriate intervention – which is good to have an idea beforehand. You and your boyfriend can also prepare some expressions of gratitude for your parents, your guests or each other. Every wedding is different, discuss and design a general "toasting timeline" before starting the celebrations.

Who toast?
Traditionally, the best man, maid of honor and parents of the bride and groom say something about the course of events. However, close friends the bride and groom themselves or anyone with something to say is welcome to make a toast.

When a toast?
When to provide all depends on the nature of your wedding. If yours will be a cocktail or a buffet style reception, your guests may not always be obtained in the same place and time to listen to toast. Another option is to conduct formal wedding toasts, as the speech of the sponsor, during the rehearsal dinner instead. In a seated dinner, the father of traditional toast the bride to begin the meal. Your provider can arrange a formal champagne toast, champagne glasses from each guest prior to surgery godfather or father of the bride. Toast really can happen at any time during the reception – between courses, after dinner, during the cake cutting, etc. Try to give your event coordinator an estimated time in advance, so that he or she can treat your guests to listen.

How to respond
Everyone should rise for toasts to the new couple, except the bride and groom, who remain seated (unless they happen to be standing). When someone toasts the bride and groom, they should smile and say thanks. They should not clap or drink themselves. If a toast to the bride only directions, the groom should rise. If a toast is directed toward parents or any other guest, the bride and groom must increase.

When the newlyweds toast
This is a wonderful opportunity to recognize publicly to his family and friends for their love and support. If the bride and groom make a toast, not to speak in unison (this sounds obvious, but you would be surprised. On the contrary, must stand together, while making a speech or speaking turns.

What to say
Wedding toasts should be light, fun and G-rated. Avoid saying anything you do not say to the bride's grandmother's face. Be concise. There is nothing more awkward than a rambling, slurred speech best man – less than two minutes is perfect. All speakers should begin by introducing themselves. While toast should include memories or funny stories, avoid too many jokes that exclude most guests. His jokes were met with silence when you understand a few listeners! Finally, wedding toasts should mention both the bride and groom, but the only He knows one or the other. And if it takes you and you are suddenly at a loss for words, try the old standby, "I'm so happy for you both. Salud! "Never gets old.

How do you say
It's smart to prepare in advance, but always try to speak from the heart. Read a card seems sincere and clumsy.

Who gives speeches at a wedding?

Okay, I'm busy planning my wedding. Here's the problem – I have not been to a wedding since I was 9 – and that made me go to bed before the reception. I do not know which is expected to make speeches at the reception! I am, as the bride, who is expected to do? My boyfriend is waiting that, as the groom? My mother? My stepfather (my father is not invited to)? Your mother? Your father? My bridesmaids (one of them will be 13 and one will be 14 and the third is 20. The two youngest are junior bridesmaids)? I think the best man is supposed to? In addition, you must be a speech at the trial? If so, which provides this? Is there a series of speeches that are supposed to have?

Whoever you both want. You and your husband does not usually make a speech, and if so only very little thanking his guests and make notice of your new spouse. Her mother, her husband, her parents, who can. Traditionally, the maid of honor and best man who two great speeches. The most important thing is to give enough time to ask those who want to give a speech so they can prepare.

Give a toast or speech can be extremely difficult in the best of times. Some people find them very stressful, especially if you're the bride or groom nerves could be at an all time high. When giving a wedding toast, there are some formalities that each person giving the toast should be respected. Here are some ideas to help writing the perfect toast or speech.

The bride's father traditional speech thanking the guests for coming, including results interstate and overseas. This would be to welcome the bride and groom's family in your family. The bride's father can mention get a son and how proud he is of his daughter. The intention the father of the bride speech is praise for her daughter. The toast can be inspirational words of wisdom about marriage and patience. It also includes many anecdotes on marriage humorous to lighten the mood. The father of the bride usually ends the speech with comments about the wedding so far. How great has been the day. How beautiful is the bride. It also extends new offer guests to enjoy the rest of the night, including food and beverages. Finally, concludes with a toast to the bride and groom.

The father of the groom intervention would be very similar to the bride's father. The father of the groom speech is taken from the groom's family perspective. Like the best speech Mans the groom's father may feel it is necessary to share some humorous stories of his son. It would end his speech saying how proud he is of his son and his choice of life partner.

Man's Best Man speech could encompass many things. Some of the functions the best man to take on the speech have to read any wishing well abroad. The sponsor must comment on how beautiful bride and the look of the bridesmaid. Then, the speech should pursue their objective is to embarrass the groom. The best man toast or speech could contain a humorous story about the groom and his friendship and childhood experiences. The best man can tell the story of how the couple met and fell in love. Humorous incidents earlier meetings the first date is always great for sharing. To conclude that the best man thanks the groom for the honor of being the best man and say something about how much their friendship means. Traditionally, the best man asks of all the guests to stand and raise their glasses to toast the bride and groom, love, new life together and so on.

The Groom s speech traditionally covers the following points, which would to thank everyone for attending the wedding. Also to thank his family for their support and then move on to thank the family of girlfriend. They would like to thank the bridal party and the persons responsible specifically to assist in preparations for the wedding. Finally, the bride would deal with any anecdote or a romantic feeling in their love and future life together.

The maid of honor can also make a speech about his friendship with the bride. Also may include more sentimental and romantic stories of the bride and groom and their love for each other. A speech by the maid of honor will follow similar lines as the performed by the best man, but would focus on its relationship with the bride. Finally, the speech was concluded with a sense of how happy he is that the bride and groom have found each other.

The bride's speech included thanks all who helped with putting together the wedding. We also thank their parents and parents the groom, for their support and assistance. The bride, then you can wrap things up, taking a romantic towards her husband.

Not all of the above need to make a speech on the day. Although you can choose to have more manufacturers of expression, it is customary for a select few. Speeches can be exciting but also can distract attention from the celebrations. Some well-written, meaningful, heartfelt words are usually best. To ensure that you overcome the nerves in the day and so no forget anyone during the speeches, make sure you have the notes (the speaker card) and to prepare in advance. Not many people can improvise. Good luck and enjoy the day.

The Maid of Honor is the last to speak. The Maid of Honor wedding speech is to answer the best speech Mans and add in some personal thoughts about the bride. Maid of Honor or the Chief bridesmaid's speech included the following:

A mother of the bride speech can be a beautiful tribute to the bride and groom. The speech can cover almost everything that concerns the marriage of their daughter and future son law. Here's a guide to writing a meaningful memorable speech for the wedding of his daughter.

His speech must not be very long. Not even have to write a speech word for word. Just put together a scheme that may have something to refer to his relief when the words of joy at the reception.

Collecting material

The first step in writing your speech is to brainstorm. Write down some ideas about how you feel about his daughter, a special memory, how she felt when she said she was getting married, etc. These seeds will be the basis of his speech.

Talk to others about their memories you and your daughter if you need further inspiration.

Writing the speech

Put your points in the paper. If you're going to talk about their relationship with it, choose one or two gems to keep the speech go too far.

Make sure the direction of his daughter and her new husband. Tell your version the story of how they met, especially if the groom was someone she had no initial interest in Tell your audience how he felt when he said it was in love and thought he was the one. Tell your daughter how she felt when she shared her enthusiasm for marrying you.

Tell the audience how his daughter has changed or grown since she met her boyfriend. Talk about the interaction of other children with his daughter and her boyfriend.

Give the new couple word of wisdom in the marriage vows and love. Tell them how you feel about marriage, love and commitment.

Tell your daughter of her pride for her and wishes for the future.

Use visual aids

A visual aid can be a great tool in delivering a great speech. A photo of you and your daughter when I was a kid could illustrate a memory. Use this time to give your daughter a special piece of jewelry as does the transition from girl to an adult woman with his own life.

Tools you need for speech

Make sure you have a handkerchief or tissue when you have tears of joy. Keep any visual aids at a nearby table so they can be easily accessed. The wedding coordinator will give a clue when it is your turn. Be sure to visit the bath before his speech to touch up your lipstick and check your teeth for any leftovers.

Giving a speech

Let your speech coming from the heart. If you fill it with laughter and pride, his speech always be remembered for his daughter as part of your special day.

The wedding reception, the banquet originally called, was originally a way to celebrate the marriage and the union of the two families. The usual format is a greeting and drinks on arrival, after a meal, several speeches and cake cutting. It can then be a less formal celebration, like a dance or disco.

But wait! What I mean by "multiple discourses"? Who makes a speech? What should you say? And in what order should be the speeches? Giving a speech is high in many of the people "must avoid" lists, but because the speeches are a central part of the wedding reception have to make sure you get it right!

The first point to make here is that the order of speeches at a reception the wedding is tradition, not law! Use the order I describe here as a guide to what often happens, but it need not comply with it. What you have to do is decide in advance who will make a speech, and in what order they will be in and make sure everyone knows what is the end!

Traditionally, the Order of interventions at a wedding reception is as follows:

Father of the Bride

The Groom

The Best Man

If you have any other speeches that normally follow these – but it need not be any other languages.

The order of speeches is usually as follows:

Wedding Father of the Bride Speech

The bride's father is usually the first to speak – but if the bride's father is not present, this discourse is usually given by the person who accompanied the bride down the aisle. In his speech, the father of the bride should thank the guests for attending, and thank all those who contributed financially to the wedding. He must congratulate your daughter on how it looks on her special day, congratulate her on her choice of husband, and welcome their new son in law for the family. That normally should end his speech with a toast to the bride and groom.

Groom Wedding Speech

The bridegroom responds then the Father of the Bride's intervention on behalf of his new wife and himself. He will thank the bride's father for his toast. Then they will thank you guests to come (with special reference to those who have traveled from far away) and their wedding gifts, and he will thank the parents of both. You must ensure that greets his girlfriend, thanks to his best man, and then thanked him and toast the bridesmaids.

Man's Best Wedding Speech

The best man then respond to the speech of the groom. He wants to thank the groom for his toast to the bridesmaids. In his speech, also the best man to congratulate the bride and groom, and read messages (cards, letters, telegrams) of those who can not attend the wedding. His speech ends with a toast to the bride and groom.

Other Speeches

Usually speeches wedding reception complete with that of the best man. Sometimes, other members of the wedding party may wish to make a speech, and if this is the case, their assistance should be the best man of his word. If the bride wants to make a speech, which usually follow the best man, and she thanks guests for coming, thanks to her parents and bridesmaids, met her boyfriend, and she will propose a toast (which would be a matter of choice of the bride). The chief bridesmaid can then respond to the toast of the bride and the bride thanks to congratulate the ushers and propose a toast to his own (again, which correspond to them). Any other speakers follow these.

If the bride is not making a speech, then any other discourses, for example, groom's father, remains the best man speech. Each speech must end with a toast and said the next speaker. Finally, if there are more speeches after that the best man then it is usual that the final response will be made in a brief address by Chief bridesmaid, concluding with a toast to the bride and groom.

Final Tips

Make sure everyone has a drink before the speeches begin

When you his speech, make eye contact with the bride and groom

Relax and remain still – do not sway or to any other movements that distract from your speech

Make your speech slow and deliberate – far more than the normal speaking rate

Prepare your speech well in advance, and use notes -, but not spending throughout staring at pieces of paper in his speech

So: follow these tips, practice until you feel comfortable, and his speech will be a success! Good luck!

The father of the bride speech has been the subject of many jokes and parodies, and if you want to deliver one that will bring the house down or just to get through it without stumbling too much, remember that there are some good things to remember. Once you have your speech memorized, you find that everything goes very easily, and will be over before you know it!

The day you give your daughter in marriage is a big one at the life of any parent, and may seem a bit unfair to have to combine all the responsibilities that go with it with experience in public speaking as well! However, you will find that this is a great opportunity to honor their daughter and her choice of life partner.

Start by introducing yourself and thank everyone for showing up. This is a good way of making everyone comfortable and to let them know that you are talking of. Do not worry about having to be funny or entertaining about people and not worry about making your speech too long. A speech that is only a few minutes long is ideal.

When looking for a good material for the body of your speech, think about your daughter. Reflect on where you are in your life right now, and discuss measures he has taken to get there. This is a good time to share some stories of his youth, or about the relationship the two have shared. Let everyone know who is very proud of her. Remember that you should not embarrass her, this is still his day and he wants you to enjoy.

They also talk about your romantic choice. Talking about how he first introduced the two of you and what your first impression of their partner was. Relate their hopes for themselves and make sure it is clear it is a union that you support. In many ways, your relationship with your daughter will be on display, so make sure that everyone knows is very proud of their choice and their decisions.

You also can give the newlyweds some words of advice at this point. This is definitely a part discourse that can go in a long time, so be sure to be brief. Talk a little about the choices he made, and what you wish you had known when they were age. To be honest, this is something your daughter and her partner will remember for the rest of their lives, so that counts.

Could be a little difficult to know how end a speech, which can be difficult even for experienced donors speak, but you will find that the bride's father, has an easy out. Everything need to do is present the bride and groom to the audience. Something like: "Ladies and gentlemen, I give you …" end in applause and a great opportunity for you to leave.
